We are undertaking independent, non-commercial research into master planned communities and their homeowners associations (HOAs), beginning with a detailed study in Florida and expanding broadly across the United States.
This initiative compiles data on registered HOAs within master planned developments from public county records, state filings, and verified real estate sources. Our aim is to produce aggregated insights and open-source datasets supporting academic studies in urban planning, housing affordability, and community governance. Results and datasets will be shared with universities in various states to facilitate broader research.
